SERVICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Britannia Fleet Services – Mississauga

Reports to: Mobile Supervisor

Britannia Fleet services is currently seeking a service Administrative Assistant to Assist the mobile department in managing process and paperwork flow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Respond to internal and external customer requests via telephone and email and follow through to assure satisfactory outcome and compliance
  2. Input and update new customers equipment into the Emdecs system
  3. Process repair work orders and timesheets for technicians
  4. Organize, scan repair work orders and file all invoices
  5. Follow established departmental SOP’s
  6. Perform other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE & SKILL:
  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Meets deadlines in a timely manner
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Accurate data entry
